Hafele flap door fitting Duo Forte is a premium steel flap stay fitting designed for lower cabinet flap door applications across Malaysia.

This product is a complete set flap door fitting that supports one-piece flap doors made from wood or with an aluminium frame. It is available in two load capacity versions — the Duo version for doors up to 5kg per door, and the Forte version for doors up to 7kg per door — with a maximum supported lid weight of 12kg across both versions.

The hafele flap door fitting Duo Forte is suitable for cabinet heights between 200mm and 500mm, covering the most common lower cabinet and appliance garage flap door configurations used by kitchen cabinet manufacturers, renovation contractors, and interior designers throughout Malaysia. The minimum cabinet width required is 45mm, and the edge distance from the frame is 37mm.

The opening angle range of 75 to 110 degrees provides a wide and practical opening position for lower cabinet flap doors, allowing full access to the cabinet interior without the door dropping too far or swinging too wide. The holding power adjustment feature allows the installer to fine-tune the resistance of the fitting to suit different door weights within the supported range.

This fitting is right and left hand use, making it fully reversible and suitable for any cabinet orientation without needing to purchase separate left or right versions. It is installed using chipboard screws and is compatible with both wooden and aluminium-framed flap door panels.
