ER5100S is a premium Hafele digital smart door lock designed for wooden door security applications across Malaysia.
The er5100s supports three access methods in a single device — fingerprint, key card, and password. Up to 100 fingerprints and 100 key cards can be registered, along with 1 master password and up to 10 individual user passwords. This multi-access capability makes it suitable for households and small offices in Malaysia where multiple users need independent and secure access.
The Hafele Smart Lock APP connects to the er5100s via Bluetooth, allowing users to open the door, adjust settings, and check access history directly from their smartphone. This app connectivity gives homeowners and property managers across Malaysia full visibility and control over door access without the need for a separate hub or internet connection.
Security features are comprehensive. The er5100s automatically disables for 100 seconds after 5 consecutive failed login attempts across any access method — preventing brute force entry. A random number entry feature allows a password to be entered with additional dummy digits to prevent PIN code theft by onlookers. One-touch locking from outside and an absence mode for enhanced security when the property is unoccupied are also included.
Additional practical features include a privacy mode that can be activated from inside the house, silent mode, low battery sound alert, and a voice guide available in English, Spanish, Turkish, French, and Chinese.
Compatible with wooden doors 30mm to 50mm thick. Constructed from aluminium and plastic in black finish. Powered by 4 x AA batteries. Supplied complete with inside and outside panels, mounting plate, strike plates, screws, user manual, installation guide, 2 big key cards, and 2 tag cards.
