HAFELE ORIA

Hafele Oria is a premium lift-up kitchen top cabinet basket system designed for upper cabinet storage across Malaysia.

Unlike standard pull-out or swing-out basket systems that are used in base cabinets, the hafele Oria is specifically designed for overhead or top wall cabinet units. It operates on a lift-up and pull-down mechanism that brings the stored contents down to a comfortable working height — eliminating the need to stretch, reach, or use a step stool to access items stored in high kitchen cabinets.

The hafele Oria is available in two cabinet width sizes. The 600mm version measures 560mm in width, 280mm in depth, and 560mm in height. The 900mm version measures 860mm in width, 280mm in depth, and 560mm in height. Both sizes are designed to fit within standard kitchen upper cabinet units commonly specified by kitchen cabinet manufacturers and renovation contractors across Malaysia.

A key feature of the hafele Oria is its soft-close mechanism, which controls the descent of the basket as it is lowered down, preventing it from dropping suddenly or slamming against the cabinet base. This soft-close function protects both the basket contents and the cabinet structure, and delivers a premium, controlled feel to everyday kitchen use.

The system includes 4 weight loading adjustment levels, allowing the installer to fine-tune the counterbalance force of the lift mechanism to match the actual weight of items stored inside the basket. This ensures the basket stays up when pushed back in and comes down smoothly when pulled. The maximum weight capacity of the hafele Oria is 10kg.

An anti-slip mat is included on the basket tray to prevent items from sliding or toppling when the basket is raised or lowered. An installation guide is also available for download on the product page.
